Lifted aromas of citrus/lemongrass with beeswax notes beginning to develop. Beautiful fruit weight, with Tahitian lime flavours complemented by a juicy acid line. This is an outstanding mid-term Hunter Valley Semillon, which is drinking superbly now and will continue to develop over the next 10 years.
